Job Title: Band 5 Neonatal Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Neonatal Staff Nurse to join our innovative nursing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to our neonatal patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver evidence-based care to neonatal patients, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care.
  2. Participate in clinical supervision and peer review to maintain and improve clinical skills.
  3. Liaise with parents and carers to provide family-centred care and promote health education.
  4. Identify and manage infants requiring safeguarding assessment, working closely with social services and other agencies.
  5. Assist with the discharge/transfer process of infants to other care services, ensuring a smooth transition for patients and families.
Requirements:
  • NMC Registration.
  • Recent neonatal intensive care experience is desirable.
