Key Job Details

This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 15:00, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

We offer a competitive salary of £13.00 per hour, along with a range of benefits, including 28 days' holiday per year, pension scheme, employed status with mortgage references available, weekly pay, free parking on site, and discounted or free food in our canteen.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out general repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Managing and maintaining heating, lighting, and alarm systems
  • Performing other general caretaking duties as required

Suitable Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of caretaking experience, preferably in a similar environment
  • Familiarity with basic DIY skills and equipment
  • A DBS check is preferred, but not a necessity
