Site Development Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to lead the construction team at a new residential development in Margate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction and be able to manage and coordinate subcontractors effectively.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Oversee and manage the construction process to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize delays.
- Work closely with senior management to provide regular project updates and identify areas for improvement.
- Must have a valid CSCS card, SMSTS/SSSTS, and First Aid certification.
- Familiarity with construction health and safety standards is a requirement.
- Competitive salary package (£45,000 - £60,000 per annum).
