Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Dual Services Officer, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our shopping centre. As a key member of our Security Team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and providing a positive experience for our visitors and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and tenants, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the shopping centre, identifying and addressing any potential security risks or concerns.
  • Work closely with the Environmental Services team to ensure a clean and safe environment for all visitors and tenants.
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents in a calm and professional manner, following established procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and report any suspicious activity or behavior, working closely with the Control Room team to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive team culture.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest security procedures and protocols.

  • Be professional, pleasant, friendly, courteous, and helpful at all times, providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and tenants.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with others to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Be able to respond to emergencies and incidents in a calm and professional manner, following established procedures and protocols.
  • Be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
