Dual Services Officer

Job Summary:
Abm is seeking a highly skilled and professional Dual Services Officer to join our team. As the public face of our Security Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class customer service to all visitors and tenants, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Conduct regular patrols of the shopping centre, identifying and mitigating potential security risks and ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
- Assist the cleaning team as required, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness throughout the centre.
- Monitor and report any incidents or suspicious activity, ensuring that all incidents are managed in accordance with site policies and procedures.
- Liaise closely with the Environmental Services team, working together to deliver a seamless service and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Take ownership of all situations, ensuring that tasks are completed or escalated when necessary, and maintaining a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Respect all staff and visitors, promoting a positive and inclusive culture within the shopping centre.
Requirements:
- Front Line DS License (preferred)
- CCTV License (preferred)
- Professional, pleasant, friendly, courteous, and helpful attitude
- One team approach
- Ability to stay motivated and achieve high standards
