Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our team at HMP Liverpool. As a key member of the Integrated Mental Health Team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

The successful candidate will work alongside fellow Nurses and the wider IMHT team to develop and implement personalized care plans, promoting independence and reducing risk. With a strong focus on multi-disciplinary working, you will be able to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate programs of care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assessing and developing individualized care plans
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to service users
  • Working collaboratively with the IMHT team to achieve positive outcomes

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in Mental Health Nursing or related field
  • Experience working with individuals with complex clinical and risk presentations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
