We are seeking a Support Staff - Special Educational Needs to join our team at a specialist learning centre in Caterham, Surrey. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping students with special educational needs to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to students with daily tasks, such as homework and independent living skills
* Assist students with communication and social interaction difficulties
* Contribute to the development of our students' social and emotional skills
* Collaborate with experienced teachers and therapists to develop tailored support plans
