About the Role

FalconSmartIT is seeking an experienced IAM Project Manager to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering IAM lifecycle workflows, ensuring seamless project execution, and driving business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Product Backlogs and Task Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date product backlogs, tasks, and sprint plans in Jira, facilitating effective project planning and execution.
  • Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies to foster collaboration and ensure team alignment.
  • Unblock Project Progress: Identify and address blockers and barriers, working closely with the product owner and delivery teams to unblock and maintain the Scrum values of openness, respect, and honesty.
  • Onboard Team Members and Stakeholders: Provide comprehensive onboarding for team members, SMEs, and project stakeholders, ensuring they understand Agile practices and are equipped to contribute to project success.
  • Monitor Progress and Report: Track sprint progress, report on project status using dashboards in Jira, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Provide Product Support: Offer expert support to the Work Stream Lead, maintaining decisions, actions, issues, and risks logs, creating status updates, and governance content.
  • Facilitate Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain performance reporting via portfolio dashboards, covering delivery and financial metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Validate Business Value: Continuously assess the value and business benefits of work executed by the squads, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Strong IAM Domain Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SOD), and Privileged Access Management.
  • Hands-on IAM Project Management Experience: Proven experience working as an IAM project manager, delivering IAM lifecycle workflows, and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Agile Planning and Delivery Experience: Strong experience with Agile planning and delivery management tools, Jira, Confluence, and other relevant software.
  • Scrum Master Certification: Certified Prince 2 or Scrum Master (SCM or PSM) preferred.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with virtual teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Comfortable working independently, managing own time, and seeking clarification when needed to achieve project priorities.
  • Experience with Cloud-Based HRIS Solutions: Experience working with Workday and Fieldglass cloud-based HRIS solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Optional Requirements
  • Experience with Microsoft Identity Solutions: Experience working with Microsoft Identity Solutions (FIN/MIN, Entra).
  • Experience with Snowflake: Experience working with Snowflake.
