About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IAM Project Manager to join our team at N Consulting Ltd. As an IAM PM Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects and ensuring the successful implementation of IAM lifecycle workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain product backlogs, tasks, and sprint plans in Jira.
  • Organise and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Follow up on actions related to blockers and barriers, and work with product owners and delivery teams to unblock issues.
  • On-board team members, SMEs, and project stakeholders with Agile practices.
  • Monitor progress of sprints and report progress using dashboards in Jira.
  • Provide product support to the Work Stream Lead, maintaining decisions, actions, issues, and risks logs, creating status updates, and governance content.
  • Facilitate performance reporting via portfolio dashboards covering delivery and financial metrics.
  • Continuously validate the value and business benefits for the work executed by the squads you operate within.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain.
  • Hands-on experience working as an IAM project manager and with experience of delivering IAM lifecycle workflows.
  • Good understanding of IDAM concepts, including Role-based access control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SOD), and privileged access management.
  • Strong experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master (over 5 years' experience).
  • Certified Prince 2/Scrum Master (SCM or PSM) preferred.
  • Experience using Agile Planning/Delivery Management tools, Jira, Confluence.
  • Experience in Sprint Planning, Backlog Maintenance, Facilitating daily stand-up calls, sprint reviews, capacity planning, sprint retrospectives.
  • Ability to operate as a 'doer' not a 'facilitator'.
  • Strong experience in running virtual sprint ceremonies.
  • Experience in project/product progress and performance design & reporting.
  • Comfortable working part of a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written, especially in virtual meetings).
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, seeking clarification when needed, and managing own time to achieve delivery to agreed project priorities.
  • Experience working in a global team.
  • Experience working with Workday and Fieldglass cloud-based HRIS solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in delivering migration projects.
  • Experience working with SailPoint and RadiantLogic solutions.
Optional Requirements
  • Experience working with Microsoft Identity Solutions (FIN/MIN, Entra).
  • Experience working with Snowflake.
