About the Role:

FalconSmartIT is seeking an experienced IAM Project Manager to lead the delivery of Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects. As an IAM Project Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining product backlogs, tasks, and sprint plans in Jira, organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and following up on actions to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain product backlogs, tasks, and sprint plans in Jira to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to promote team collaboration and productivity.
  • Follow up on actions to ensure timely delivery and address blockers and barriers by working with the product owner and delivery teams.
  • On-board team members, SMEs, and project stakeholders with Agile practices to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Monitor progress of sprints and report progress using dashboards in Jira to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Provide product support to the Work Stream Lead by maintaining decisions, actions, issues, and risks logs, creating status updates, and governance content.
  • Facilitate performance reporting via portfolio dashboards covering delivery and financial metrics to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Continuously validate the value and business benefits of the work executed by the squads you operate within to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain, including IDAM concepts, Role-based access control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SOD), and privileged access management.
  • Hands-on experience working as an IAM project manager and delivering IAM lifecycle workflows.
  • Good understanding of Agile Planning and Delivery Management tools, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Strong experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master (over 5 years' experience) with certifications in Prince 2/Scrum Master (SCM or PSM) preferred.
  • Experience using Agile Planning/Delivery Management tools, Jira, Confluence, and experience in Sprint Planning, Backlog Maintenance, Facilitating daily stand-up calls, sprint reviews, capacity planning, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Ability to operate as a 'doer' not a 'facilitator' and experience in running virtual sprint ceremonies.
  • Experience in project/product progress and performance design & reporting, comfortable working part of a cross-functional team, and excellent communication skills (verbal and written, especially in virtual meetings).
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, seek clarification when needed, and manage own time to achieve delivery to agreed project priorities.
  • Experience working in a global team, experience working with Workday and Fieldglass cloud-based HRIS solutions, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in delivering migration projects and working with SailPoint and RadiantLogic solutions.

  • Experience working with Microsoft Identity Solutions (FIN/MIN, Entra).
