About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to join our team at Barnardo's. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and profit in store, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and customer service, and making your store the best in town for customers to visit and for your colleagues to work in.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize sales and profit in store through effective merchandising, stock management, and customer engagement.
  • Ensure the highest standards of presentation and customer service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and colleagues alike.
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales and customer service targets, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Work closely with the wider Barnardo's team to achieve business objectives, sharing best practices and learning from others.
  • Contribute to the development of the store's visual merchandising and display standards, ensuring a consistent and appealing store image.
