Are you a retail store manager looking for a new challenge with a leading eyecare provider? At Vision Express, we're seeking a Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales of premium eyewear brands like Ray-Ban, Oakley, and Prada.

As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, motivating and inspiring your team, and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll also have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to our mission to provide tailored and effective eyecare and eyewear solutions to customers.

We're open to discussing flexible working options, including hours to fit around the school run or a compressed week. Our benefits package includes free eyewear up to £550 annually, on-target bonuses, and a family and friends discount.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing a store improvement plan
  • Managing resources to meet demand and maximise sales
  • Solving complex problems for colleagues and customers
  • Remaining delivery-focused throughout challenging times
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Working as part of a winning team and taking lessons from mistakes
