About the Role
Nacro is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our People and Organisation Development team in a transformational journey to build a culture and employee experience worthy of the impact our people make for our service users and students.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee People Operations and Advisory services to our dispersed organisation of c. 1000 people
- Lead major projects to transform the employment experience as part of our transformation
- Work closely with the Director of People and Culture to build a culture and employee experience that is worthy of the impact our people make
