Nacro is embarking on a transformative journey to build a culture and employee experience worthy of the impact our people make for our service users and students every day. We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee our People Operations and Advisory service to our dispersed organisation of c. 1000 people, and lead major projects to transform the employment experience as part of our transformation.
About the Role
- Lead the People and Organisation Development team in becoming a professional, data-driven, evidence-based, and outcome-focused strategic partner to our management colleagues.
- Develop and implement a culture and employee experience strategy that aligns with Nacro's mission and values.
- Oversee the design and delivery of people operations and advisory services to support the dispersed organisation.
- Collaborate with the Director of People and Culture to drive organisational change and transformation.
