Head of People Experience

Nacro is embarking on a transformative journey to build a culture and employee experience worthy of the impact our people make for our service users and students every day.

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee our People Operations and Advisory service to our dispersed organisation of c. 1000 people, and lead major projects to transform the employment experience as part of our transformation.

As Head of People Experience, you will work closely with our Director of People and Culture to build a culture of compassion, person-centred support, and incredible resilience. Our workforce is highly dispersed, supporting people in communities across England and Wales, and we are committed to making Nacro an ever more inclusive space for our diverse workforce.

The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to our management colleagues, driving professional, data-driven, evidence-based, and outcome-focused People and Organisation Development. If you are passionate about making a difference in a mission-driven environment, we encourage you to apply.
