Head of People Experience

Nacro is embarking on a transformative journey to build a culture and employee experience that is worthy of the impact our people make for our service users and students every day.

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee our People Operations and Advisory service to our dispersed organisation of c. 1000 people, and lead major projects to transform the employment experience as part of our transformation.

About the Role

  • Lead the People and Organisation Development team to become more professional, data-driven/evidence-based/insight-led and an outcome-focused strategic partner to our management colleagues.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with Nacro's mission and values.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of employee experience initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organisational change initiatives that support business objectives.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £58,365 per annum.
