We are seeking an exceptional Teaching Assistant to join our team at a school in Cambridge. As a key member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher in managing challenging behaviour and promoting pupil development.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with lesson planning, implementing strategies to enhance pupil engagement, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and support. A strong understanding of SEN provisions and a proven track record of successfully supporting students with complex needs is essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes enhanced DBS and reference checks. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow professionally.
