About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supporter Care Manager to join our Fundraising team at St Nicholas Hospice Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality donation processing, supporter care, and donor journeys to increase the lifetime value of our supporters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sustainable outsourced lottery program that meets income and ROI targets.
  • Oversee the management and continuous optimization of our CRM System (Donorflex) for fundraising, communications, and engagement purposes.
  • Lead the development of a portfolio of engaging giving and fundraising opportunities to inspire and retain supporters.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent supporter experiences, ensuring our supporters feel valued and appreciated.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience in customer service, ideally within a not-for-profit or commercial setting. You will also have a sound knowledge of fundraising compliance and best practice, GDPR, and gambling commission regulations.
