Key ResponsibilitiesThe Centre Director will be responsible for:
- Leadership
- Managing and leading a high-performing team of centre managers and staff, providing them with the support and guidance they need to succeed.
- Developing and implementing centre strategies that drive growth and improve performance.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brand partners, local authorities, and community groups.
- Ensuring the centre is a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Brand Partners
- Building strong relationships with brand partners to understand their business needs and develop strategies to drive sales and growth.
- Working closely with brand partners to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to drive results.
- Developing and implementing brand partner engagement programmes to drive sales and growth.
- Guest Experience
- Managing the overall guest experience at the centre, ensuring it is exceptional and meets the needs of our guests.
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Working closely with centre staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge they need to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Commercial Drive and Performance Measurement
- Developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive sales and growth.
- Working closely with centre staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge they need to drive sales and growth.
- Monitoring and measuring centre performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive results.
- Community
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local community groups and stakeholders.
- Developing and implementing community engagement programmes to drive growth and improve performance.
- Working closely with centre staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge they need to engage with the local community.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Leadership Experience
- A proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a focus on driving growth and improving performance.
- Experience of managing high-performing teams and developing strategies to drive results.
- Commercial Experience
- A strong understanding of commercial principles and practices, with a focus on driving sales and growth.
