The Centre Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business, working closely with our stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive growth. You will be a strategic thinker, with a proven track record of leadership and a passion for delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

The Centre Director will be responsible for:

  • Leadership
    • Managing and leading a high-performing team of centre managers and staff, providing them with the support and guidance they need to succeed.
    • Developing and implementing centre strategies that drive growth and improve performance.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brand partners, local authorities, and community groups.
    • Ensuring the centre is a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Brand Partners
    • Building strong relationships with brand partners to understand their business needs and develop strategies to drive sales and growth.
    • Working closely with brand partners to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to drive results.
    • Developing and implementing brand partner engagement programmes to drive sales and growth.
  • Guest Experience
    • Managing the overall guest experience at the centre, ensuring it is exceptional and meets the needs of our guests.
    • Developing and implementing strategies to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Working closely with centre staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge they need to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Commercial Drive and Performance Measurement
    • Developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive sales and growth.
    • Working closely with centre staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge they need to drive sales and growth.
    • Monitoring and measuring centre performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive results.
  • Community
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with local community groups and stakeholders.
    • Developing and implementing community engagement programmes to drive growth and improve performance.
    • Working closely with centre staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge they need to engage with the local community.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership Experience
    • A proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a focus on driving growth and improving performance.
    • Experience of managing high-performing teams and developing strategies to drive results.
  • Commercial Experience
    • A strong understanding of commercial principles and practices, with a focus on driving sales and growth.
    • Experience of developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive results.
  • Guest Experience
    • A strong understanding of guest experience principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
    • Experience of developing and implementing guest experience strategies to drive results.
  • Community Engagement
    • A strong understanding of community engagement principles and practices, with a focus on driving growth and improving performance.
