About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to join our team at Phoenix Therapy Practice. As a co-leader of the organization, you will work closely with the Clinical Director to drive the practice's growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Oversee the practice's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
  • Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with local mental health services, providers, and funders to promote the practice's services and secure funding opportunities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Clinical Director and other team members.
  • Experience in financial management and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of policies and procedures in a healthcare setting.
