Centre Director

We are seeking a Centre Director to join our team at Landsec, a leading real estate company in Europe. As a Centre Director, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales and income for our centres.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving commercial growth. You will be responsible for leading the Centre Team, providing day-to-day operational direction, and ensuring the execution of brilliant basics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Centre Team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive sales and income.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Brand Partners and local community groups.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive commercial growth and improve centre performance.
- Ensure the Centre Team is equipped to deliver brilliant basics, creating a safe and secure environment for guests and Brand Partners.
- Drive a high-performance team culture, creating an environment where everyone is engaged and wants to deliver an exceptional experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of managing high-performing teams and driving commercial growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to drive growth and improve centre performance.
- Ability to work in a matrix management structure, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
