Centre Director Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Centre Director to join our team at Landsec. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and income, while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and building strong relationships with brand partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Manage and lead the Centre Team, providing day-to-day operational direction and ensuring the execution of brilliant basics.
  • Brand Partners: Build relationships with Brand Partner teams, understand their business, and optimise sales.
  • Guest Experience: Manage the overall guest experience, identifying dependencies and areas for improvement, and ensuring effective feedback mechanisms are in place.
  • Commercial Drive and Performance Measurement: Set sales targets, report versus actual, and effectively manage the Centre service charge budget and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Breath of relevant experience to manage in a broad and high-profile role.
  • Proven experience of translating strategy into excellent execution.
  • Proven experience at building relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Confident communicator able to represent the business at all levels.
  • Financially astute.
  • Influential people leader.
  • Coaching skills.
