Logistics Manager Job Overview


At HH Global, we're seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional logistical operations for our global clients.



Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and improve productivity, quality, and customer-service standards for the logistics function for the client team.
  • Product handling and logistics requirements - implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures.
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures - complying with legal regulations, KPI's and ISO requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings to report on our Client SLA's & KPIs.
  • Work with logistics providers to plan and execute campaigns.
  • Annual forecasting for logistics expenditures to drive cost and carbon reductions via proactive & alternative solutions where possible while always maintaining SLA's as a minimum.
  • Contribute information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews and provide regular financial and KPI reporting updates.


Requirements

  • Proactive management of responsibilities.
  • Excellent, recent experience within a logistics management role.
  • Expertise in logistics management procedures and best practices.
  • Experience in global POSM logistics.
  • Organised, efficient, structured, focused and goal oriented.
  • Flexible, dedicated, loyal and passionate for the job.
  • Motivated, proactive, analytical and a proven problem solver.
  • Confident with using Microsoft Office and be familiar with any other software pertinent to your industry.
  • Experience of excelling within a fast paced, high energy environments.
