Job Description

WR Logistics seeks a skilled Supply Chain Coordinator - Import Management to join our team. As an Import Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all facets of import operations, ensuring customs compliance, and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Import Documentation: Prepare and review import documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Customs Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations and ensure that import activities comply with these regulations.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate and manage the flow of goods, services, and information from raw materials to end customers.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in import operations or a similar role within the shipping or logistics sector.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using integrated IT systems for logistics and supply chain management.
