Job Description

ChandlerKBS is seeking a highly experienced Regional Director to lead our infrastructure operations in the Midlands and North of England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a long-term strategy for the success and growth of ChandlerKBS in the Midlands and North of England.
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver infrastructure projects and programmes, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for new work and collaborate with sector leads to drive business growth.
  • Manage budgets, finances, and resources to ensure profitable delivery of projects.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of annual budgets and business plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Degree-qualified in a relevant field, such as construction, cost management, engineering, or quantity surveying.
  • Membership of a recognised professional body.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Experience of managing people and delivering multiple or complex projects.
  • Good knowledge of the construction industry and its issues.
