We have an exciting opportunity to work in the rail replacement possessions team at Oxford train station with Adecco UK Limited. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide first-class service to our customers by guiding them with bus replacement services while ensuring their safety at all times.

Our ideal candidate will be able to balance safety and customer service at all times, working independently as part of a team. You will need to have a professional approach to your work, be passionate about providing amazing customer service, and love working in a busy environment.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £12 per hour. The shifts will be from 0800-1600 or 1400-2200, and you must be able to commit to all four days: 17th November, 27th December, 28th December, and 29th December. Location: Oxford train station

  • Guiding customers to their correct bus replacement
  • Meeting and greeting our customers as they enter and leave our station
  • Luggage assistance
  • Supporting customers needing assistance
  • Ensuring the safety of the station environment
