Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our Adult Autism Diagnostic Service in Bedfordshire and Luton. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions for individuals suspected of being autistic.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using a range of tools and techniques, including psychological and neuropsychological tests, self-report measures, and structured interviews.
- Develop and implement pre and post diagnostic interventions based on current research and best practice, working closely with service users, family members, and other professionals.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the trust to provide consultation and advice on service user care, and contribute to the development of pre and post diagnostic interventions.

Person Specification- Doctoral level training in Clinical Psychology and eligibility for Chartered Clinical Psychology status.
- Membership of a professional body and evidence of relevant continued professional development.
- Experience of working with individuals on the autism spectrum and specialist psychological assessment and treatment in a range of care settings.
