About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Park House in Bedford on a part-time, permanent basis. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based individual and group treatment programmes to address the complex needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete comprehensive assessments and develop clinical formulations to inform treatment plans
  • Design and deliver individual and group treatment programmes, incorporating multidisciplinary approaches to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programmes and make adjustments as necessary
  • Supervise and support others in delivering evidence-based psychological interventions
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment, adhering to security procedures and risk assessments
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to ensure competence in psychological assessments and risk management
  • Foster strong working relationships with colleagues, visitors, and carers

Person Specification

We are looking for a qualified Clinical Psychologist with at least two years of experience in neuropsychology and/or behavioural interventions. You will have a strong understanding of evidence-based practice and be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
