Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to an individual living in Lincoln.

Key Responsibilities

Support the individual with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, housekeeping, and companionship.

Foster a supportive and inclusive environment, promoting the individual's safety and well-being at all times.

Communicate effectively with the individual and other team members, adhering to care plans and guidelines provided.

Ensure confidentiality and respect the individual's privacy.

Requirements

Experience working with individuals with Personality Disorder, Mental Health, and Autism.

Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights.

Reliable, resilient, and empathetic with a passion for making a difference in someone's life.
