About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in Lincoln. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual with complex needs, including EUPD and Sensory Processing Disorder, in their own home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 support to the individual, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management.
  • Support the individual in developing new skills and interests, such as dancing and swimming.
  • Collaborate with the support team to implement care plans and risk assessments.
  • Ensure the individual's safety and well-being at all times.

Requirements

  • Experience in social care, ideally in mental health and with supporting individuals with EUPD.
  • Ability to provide encouragement and support to individuals with complex health needs.
  • Experience in implementing care plans and risk assessments.
  • Current Right to Work in the UK and at least 6 months of employment in the UK.
  • Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
