Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Immunology Specialist to join our team at the Transformation Unit. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with immunological conditions and HIV. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide expert clinical leadership and work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve patient care.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have significant experience of working with children and young people with long-term conditions, particularly those with immunological conditions and HIV. You will possess excellent leadership and service development skills, as well as evidence of autonomous practice. Additionally, you should have a strong background in community experience and be able to work effectively with families, carers, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strong clinical leadership to the paediatric immunology team, ensuring effective management of services and shared care/network centres
* Assess children's needs, developing and implementing tailored programmes of care in collaboration with parents/carers and multidisciplinary teams
* Travel throughout Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, and Staffordshire to visit patients, attend shared care clinics, and regional meetings
