About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced radiologist to contribute to the growth of our paediatric imaging service. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing a comprehensive elective and emergency on-call service related to Paediatric Radiology
  • Reporting time for Plain Film, MRI, CT, and nuclear medicine, performing ultrasound and fluoroscopy procedures
  • Participation in multidisciplinary meetings

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in Paediatric Radiology, with excellent technical skills and experience in communicating effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. A subspecialty training in imaging and completed fellowship would be highly desirable.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must:

  • Hold the Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR) or an equivalent qualification
  • Be registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) and eligible to be included on the Specialist Register
  • Have completed subspecialty training in imaging or hold relevant experience
