About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Manager to join our marketing agency network and drive growth for top retail brands.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop client relationships, providing consultative advice to ensure their success and growth.
- Lead junior colleagues, perform appraisals, and contribute to their development and progression.
- Drive organic growth of accounts through strategic planning and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in client services, preferably in a marketing agency environment.
- Confident communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience in managing budgets and forecasts.
