HR Administrator Opportunity

Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join a successful manufacturing organisation in the Stirling area on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain HR databases and records
  • Take minutes at HR meetings and ensure accurate documentation
  • Compile confidential letters and reports
  • Maintain HR spreadsheets and trackers, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Collate and record sickness absence, providing timely and accurate information
  • Support the recruitment process, ensuring seamless candidate experience
  • Deliver new start inductions, ensuring a smooth onboarding process
  • Produce HR reports, providing valuable insights and recommendations
  • Update training databases and documents, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Liaise with training providers, ensuring high-quality training solutions
  • Maintain health and safety compliance records, ensuring a safe working environment
  • Organise and book training courses, ensuring timely and effective training delivery
  • Maintain the HR budget spreadsheet, ensuring accurate financial management
Requirements:
  • Previous HR administration experience, with a strong understanding of HR systems and processes
  • Relevant HR qualification, such as a degree or CIPD certification, is highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Confident IT skills, including MS Office, HR/CRM/ERP systems, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Able to use initiative and work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
