Job Description

This role offers a competitive salary of £22,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling internal and external calls, responding to patient enquiries, and assisting with appointment coordination. You will also maintain accurate medical data, ensuring that patient records are up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Patient Support: Provide efficient and accurate support to our patients, including responding to queries and concerns.
  2. Healthcare Coordination: Assist with coordinating healthcare services, including booking appointments and arranging referrals.
  3. Medical Data: Maintain accurate medical data, ensuring that patient records are up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.
  4. Teamwork: Work closely with the wider clinical team to provide exceptional patient care and have an awareness of our supporting community services.
