Join us as a Patient Administrator at The Woodlands Hospital in Darlington, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our Administration department. This part-time position (20 hours a week) offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have previous administration experience in a private healthcare environment. As a Patient Administrator, you will be responsible for managing referrals from the Referral Management Centre, adhering to the 18-week Referral to Treatment within set timescales, and providing exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.
