We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join our Commercial Engineering Delivery Team at Close Brothers Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the delivery of products and project solutions using Agile principles and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile Delivery Squads: Optimize value streams to enhance flow, reduce bottlenecks, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Plan and Communicate Progress: Actively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, some of which may be across multiple squads.
  • Remove Impediments: Ensure smooth progress for the scrum team.
  • Prioritize and Deliver High-Value Items: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-value items.
  • Report and Manage Delivery Metrics: Provide transparency through reporting and managing delivery metrics.
  • Facilitate Scrum Events: Facilitate sprint planning and sprint retrospectives.
Requirements
  • Experience in Agile Methodology: Proven track record of creating environments that adhere to Agile practices.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certified Scrum Master: Possession of a Certified Scrum Master qualification.
  • Drive for Improvement: Genuine drive for improvement and encouraging others to strive for excellence.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to remain focused and calm under pressure.
  • Team Planning and Organisation: Experience planning and organizing teams to ensure delivery is achieved while monitoring and refreshing resources and delivery plans when required.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate openly with others, bringing transparency and a straightforward approach.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Jira and Confluence Experience: Experience using Jira and Confluence.
  • Online Collaboration Tools: Experience using online collaboration tools (e.g. Lucid, Miro).
  • Financial Services Experience: Experience working in the financial services industry.
  • Onshore and Offshore Experience: Experience working with both onshore and offshore teams.
