Agile Delivery Manager Job Description

As an Agile Delivery Manager at Automotive SaaS, you will work with multiple squads to deliver industry-leading software solutions. These teams deliver cross-functional teams delivering microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Apply scrum within a hybrid delivery model.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams consisting of software developers, cloud engineers (DevOps), software architects, and business analysts.
  • Guide sessions to shape upcoming work and deliveries.
  • Work with the Head of Engineering, Product Manager, and other Delivery Leads to plan and schedule releases.
  • Resource and capacity planning across multiple squads.
  • Identify issues and risks in delivery and propose solutions.
  • Certified Scrum Professional or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in an agile environment.
  • Experience working in more than one company within an Agile framework.
  • Experience supporting multi-function project teams with at least 5-10 team members, including software engineers, cloud engineers, designers, product managers, business analysts, and QA engineers.
  • Agile techniques, including user stories, continuous integration, BDD/TDD, pairing, and automated testing.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in an agile environment.
  • Certified Scrum Professional or equivalent.
  • Experience working in more than one company within an Agile framework.
  • Experience supporting multi-function project teams with at least 5-10 team members.
