We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administration and Reception Support Services Officer.

As a key member of the Homeless Support Service team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the service manager and staff, including maintaining accurate records and databases, responding to inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Good administration skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
