Contract Administrator

About the Role:
This is a 6-month contract position, working 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Once full training is completed, there may be opportunities for hybrid work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Book and confirm training courses
- Record all activity in a quarterly spreadsheet
- Obtain approval for purchase orders
- Provide monthly attendance reports
- Maintain completion certificates
- Check shared mailboxes and respond to queries as necessary
- Update documents into corporate templates
- Process purchase orders with accuracy
- Maintain the Salesforce database
- Coordinate meeting rooms and function rooms
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous office experience
Salary: Based on the location and job requirements, the estimated salary for this role is £25,000 per annum.
