Job Summary:
The Administrative Support Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the London office and supporting the Governance Manager in coordinating membership events. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and organizing filing systems and inventory on the SharePoint site
- Updating and managing databases in the CRM system
- Managing office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels
- Providing support for project management and Secretariat's initiatives
- Collating Requests for Proposals and managing dedicated SharePoint folders
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Administrative experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self-starter and team player
- A college administrative diploma would be preferred
