About the Role:

Fitch Solutions is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global product specialists team. As the Head of Product Specialists, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of technical solutions that meet client requirements and align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a global team of product specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive professional growth and technical expertise.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to understand client needs, develop solutions, and drive successful data sales engagements.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions that meet client requirements and align with our strategic goals.
  • Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and processes for product specialist roles and data integration.
  • Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Track team performance against specific business/customer value KPIs.
  • Gather and report customer insights to inform product development and improve customer experience.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of financial data products, data integration, and data sales processes.
  • Experience managing client-facing teams in product/content integration.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel Add-ins, Feeds, and API.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial market data.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial services industry.
