As a Senior Systems Engineer - Type 26 Frigate Programme at BAE Systems, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of the Gun Control and Electro Optical Control system on this prestigious programme. You will work closely with our team to lead systems engineering activities, ensuring that the programme is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing systems engineering processes and procedures, managing the system's performance and reliability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, as well as contributing to the creation of technical documentation.

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong background in systems engineering, with a focus on hardware and software systems. You will also need excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
