Job Description

Role Overview

Ackerman Pierce Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Head of Service - Integrated Front Door. This role is a critical component of our organization's efforts to provide high-quality services to children and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Integrated Front Door team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of children and families.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive improvement plan to address Ofsted recommendations, ensuring alignment with local and national standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand presenting demand and complexity of need, and develop resilient services that can respond effectively.
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team in preparing and delivering briefings and presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Make complex strategic decisions, applying discretion and judgment in accordance with policy and practice guidelines.

Requirements

  • HCPC Registration
  • 1-2 years post-qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB (obtained through Ackerman Pierce Ltd)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
