Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the support and development of our Adult MASH team, providing supervision and guidance to social workers.
- Work closely with Managers, Assistant Team Managers, and partner agency colleagues to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Support the Team Manager in developing and delivering high-performing teams, focusing on achieving best outcomes for vulnerable adults.
- Monitor and develop performance across Safeguarding, ensuring the team works within the principles of Making Safeguarding Personal.
