Adult MASH Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Team Manager to join our Adult MASH team at Swindon Borough Council. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and delivery of high-performing teams, ensuring the best outcomes for vulnerable adults in Swindon.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Team Manager in leading the Adult MASH team, providing guidance and supervision to social workers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve safeguarding outcomes for adults in Swindon.
- Work closely with managers, assistant team managers, and partner agency colleagues to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Monitor and develop performance across safeguarding, ensuring the team is working within the principles of Making Safeguarding Personal.

Requirements- Qualified social worker and registered with Social Work England.
