Key Responsibilities- Support the Team Manager in leading the Adult MASH team and developing strategies to improve safeguarding outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure effective safeguarding practices.
- Work closely with partner agencies to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination of services.
- Provide supervision and support to social workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to achieve better outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Registration with Social Work England.

- A strong understanding of safeguarding principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
