MASH Assistant Team Manager Role Overview

Ackerman Pierce is seeking a highly skilled and experienced MASH Assistant Team Manager to join their team in Swindon. As a key member of the MASH team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals in providing high-quality services to children and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals in providing high-quality services to children and families.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve outcomes for children and young people.
  • Collaborate with partner agencies to gather information and provide support to families.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and investigations to identify and address potential risks to children.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including children, families, and partner agencies.
Requirements:
  • Post-qualifying experience of working as a MASH Assistant Team Manager within the UK Social Care industry.
  • HCPC Registration.
  • 1-2 years post-qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry.
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
