Our client, a leading player in the electrical engineering sector, is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor for a six-month project in Falkirk. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to a high-impact project and work alongside a talented team in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all on-site electrical work to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and resolve any on-site issues as they arise.
  • Lead and motivate a team of electricians and support staff.
  • Oversee resource allocation, including equipment and materials.

This role requires proven experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor on similar projects, relevant electrical qualifications, including 18th Edition Certification, strong knowledge of electrical regulations and health & safety requirements, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and possess a valid UK driving license.

A competitive salary of approximately £55,000 per annum is offered for this role, reflecting the importance of the position and the company's commitment to attracting top talent.
