About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team at Rodericks Dental Partners. As a Practice Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our dental practice, leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the practice team, ensuring high standards of patient care and customer service.
- Support the clinical team in delivering their NHS and private objectives, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Manage the practice's profit and loss, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing cost-effective solutions.
- Review business reports to ensure efficient and profitable operation of the practice.
- Supervise all banking procedures, including deposits, payments, reconciliation, and debt management.
- Ensure all practice documentation is up-to-date, including policies, procedures, and handbooks.
- Maintain practice compliance with all health and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in dental practice management, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Prior experience of managing business performance, working to KPIs and targets, and managing profit and loss.
- Strong staff management experience, including appraisals and performance management.
- Ability to bring a high level of enthusiasm and motivation to play a key role in growing the practice.
- CQC registration as a Practice Manager or willingness and commitment to complete necessary requirements, including a DBS check.
